Mom/Grandma is so excited to have this done and can't wait until it is back from the quilters.

It's just great that at age 92 Mom is sewing this masterpiece quilt on her old Singer.

Key West

A great vacation complete with the ocean, an awesome place to stay, sight seeing and historical tours, kayaking, good food, time with Carol Ann and the Iguana show at the pool (that I only heard about).

       My feet are in such need of a salt water/sand pedicure. A week from now I should be walking this beach. I am so ready!

Just came across this old photo. Reminds me that winter is just around the corner. Even though I golfed yesterday, this morning there is frost on my pumkins and you can see your breath. Can snow be far away?

Great Vacation

Just had one of the best vacations, stayed at a nice house on the North Shore. Travel on the weekend and then a good mix of work around the house and playing.

Highlights: blueberry picking, loons, fishing, a red fox taking a dump on the side of the road, eating out, flowers, freinds and more.

Is that a horse in the water?

My mind tends to drift while paddling! I am always serching for wildlife and sometimes I cant get my camera out quick enough and it's gone. This horse didnt seem frightened at all by my sleek yellow kayak.

The unvailing

We have a kitchen! A mini home makeover with the counters and sink installed while on vacation was great fun to come home to. I love it - now the trick is to remember where things are.
